How does nature effect a business or financial insitution, and vice versa, how do you effect nature?
We delve into the risks, dependencies, impacts and opportunities, and find the best solution in order to become ESG, Biodiversity, and EU Deforestation compliant, while being intrinsically motivated to reduce negative impacts (Footprint).
For this line of work, we use different tools, such as those made available by the Taskforce for Nature Related Financial Disclosure (TNFD/LEAP), as well as ENCORE, WWF Risk Filter, QGIS, and others.

Do you need a match with a business or investor? Or does your company seek an investment project?
We match regenerative and nature based solutions (NbS) projects with interested investors. This is in the first place benefical for nature, but secondly, also for the investor in terms of positive impact (Handprint).
In addition, we analyse potential finance schemes, including Biodiversity Credits, such as those investigated by the Biodiversity Credit Alliance, and possibly also other sustainable, green and biodiversity related funding schemes for nature and nature based solutions.

How do we put this in practice?
During our consultancy, matchmaking and awareness and capacity building, we delve into the iEarthnl service cycle and framework, consiting of six steps. We do this together with the client (you), and you will be leading in this, while iEarthnl will have an advisory role.
- We start with identifying and assessing your risks, dependencies, impacts and opportunities.
- We analyse the identified and assessed aspects of the first step.
- We follow by evaluating and prioritizing your next steps.
- We formulate a strategy with Key Performance Indicators, as well as Sustainability & Biodiversity Performance Targets.
- Then the treatment, the actual implementation, should be realized.
- Finally, we re-identify and re-assess what has been achieved, and if necessary, repeat the cycle untill the desired outcomes and impacts are fully realized.
