Services

The purpose of our services is to benefit nature, organisations, businesses and financial institutions alike — reducing risk and increasing positive impact, while supporting a healthier natural environment.

The client is the guide, and we offer tailor-made advice.

Research & Development

We approach every topic from a holistic, interdisciplinary, out-of-the-box perspective — moving from unexplored questions to established knowledge, tools and applications. Together we shape your question, and iEarthnl explores the answer for you.

iEarthnl draws on academic, policy and practical disciplines, combining and aligning them into a comprehensive whole — just as nature does.

Consultancy & Advise

Reduce your Footprint.

How does nature affect a business or financial institution — and, in turn, how do you affect nature?

We examine the risks, dependencies, impacts and opportunities, and find the best path to becoming ESG, biodiversity and EU Deforestation compliant — intrinsically motivated to reduce your negative impact (your footprint).

For this work we draw on a range of tools, including those provided by the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD/LEAP), as well as ENCORE, the WWF Risk Filter, QGIS and others.

Awareness & Capacity Building

How does iEarthnl consult?

Throughout our consultancy, research, and awareness and capacity building, we work through the iEarthnl service cycle and framework, which consists of six steps. We do this together with you as the client — you lead, while iEarthnl takes an advisory role.

  1. We begin by identifying and assessing your risks, dependencies, impacts and opportunities.
  2. We analyse the aspects identified and assessed in the first step.
  3. We then evaluate and prioritise your next steps.
  4. We formulate a strategy with Key Performance Indicators, alongside Sustainability and Biodiversity Performance Targets.
  5. Next comes the treatment — the actual implementation.
  6. Finally, we re-identify and re-assess what has been achieved and, if necessary, repeat the cycle until the desired outcomes and impacts are fully realised.
